The Autumn Empress has medium pink semi-double flowers blooms with dense, dark green foliage that deepens to bronze in winter. Has an upright habit. Prefers well drained, slightly acidic soil. If your azalea needs pruning, prune immediately after the spring flowering. During the first year and in the summer, give it plenty of water. Once they are established they are drought tolerant.
