Product Description

Inside, this fruit has tangy-sweet, yellow flesh. In the spring fragrant pink blossoms emerge. Dependence probably gets its name for its ripening fruit in early July.

Nectarine Tree

Nectarines are closely related to Peaches. They have a smooth skin which is fuzz-free. Their flesh is usually more firm than peaches as well. Nectarines are highly productive as self-pollinating, although planting two different varieties significantly boosts harvest yields. They require full sun and love well-drained soil. Nectarine Trees should be pruned in late winter or early spring to keep the canopy open to light.
