Little Linda

Little Linda Mountain Laurel is a miniature evergreen in comparison to most other mountain laurels. Its compact, dwarf habit means minimal pruning is necessary. In the spring it features deep red buds, opening into pale pink, cup-shaped flowers, aging into a deep pink. This transitioning color creates a multi-toned effect. Little Linda has dense, glossy green foliage, making it a spectacular choice for low hedges and smaller garden spaces. Warning: All parts of this plant are highly toxic if ingested.

Mountain Laurel

Mountain laurel (Kalmia latifolia) are native to woodlands in the US. They keep their glossy, green foliage all winter, making them an evergreen. They are versatile shrubs, growing in sun or shade. Mountain Laurel excel in well-drained, rich, acidic soil. They require very little pruning, but appreciate having spent flowers removed. Mountain Laurel are an excellent choice for privacy screens and hedges.
