Candy Stripes Coreopsis is part of the Lil’ Bang Series offering a longer bloom time from early spring to early fall. It has big, peppermint red flowers with creamy white fringes and broad green foliage. It loves sun and will tolerate most soils. Because of its mounding habit Candy Stripes is an excellent choice.
Coreopsis (Tickseed) are a good choice for beginners because they are so easy to grow. They enjoy the sunny areas in your garden. Coreopsis look excellent in rock gardens or containers. If you choose to cut them, they are a long-lasting cut flower.
