Otto Luykens

Otto Luykens is a dwarf Cherry Laurel. It is a compact evergreen with glossy, dark green leaves. It is trouble-free, and usually doesn’t need to be trimmed. In the spring Otto Luykens has fragrant, creamy white flowers. It is versatile in cold or drought, sun or shade, but prefers well-drained soil. It is slow-growing and grows wider than it does high. Otto Luykens is perfect for a garden border or a low hedge.

Cherry Laurel Shrub

Cherry Laurel (Prunus laurocerasus) have white, fragrant spring flowers. They keep their glossy, green foliage all winter, making them an evergreen. They are versatile shrubs, growing in sun or shade. Laurel are cold, and drought but prefer well-drained soil. Because they are fast-growing, you usually have to prune them once a year. Cherry Laurel are an excellent choice for privacy screens and hedges.
