Phenomenal is one of the hottest lavenders to hit the market in years. It is very vigorous and tolerates extremes of both cold and heat. It forms a very uniform, thick mound of silvery green foliage topped with tall wands of purple flowers. Lavender does well in sunny areas and prefers well drained soil. Shearing back the green foliage in early spring will stimulate new growth.
