The Enduring Summer Red has clusters of reblooming, vibrant red blooms that last from summer through fall against the glossy green foliage. The leaves are red in spring, green in summer and orange-red in fall. They thrive in hot, dry and sunny areas. They can thrive in heavy clay, sandy and rocky soils. Crape Myrtles are easy to grow and do not need spray and pruning to grow good.
