Product Description

Helleri Holly (Japanese)

Helleri Holly is a dwarf Holly, growing about 3′ tall. Because of its dense habit, it looks awesome planted in a low hedge! Very little pruning is required to keep its mounded form looking fresh. Helleri has tiny, dark green foliage all year long. It has tiny, white flowers in the spring and produces small, black berries in the fall, providing that a male pollinator is nearby. It prefers moist, well-drained, and slightly acidic soil. Planting Helleri is a sure way to keep your winter garden looking sharp!

Holly Bush

Holly (Ilex) bushes are very common, hardy and easy-to-grow. They are evergreens, which give you beauty all season! Holly bushes have glossy leaves and give berries, provided that a male pollinator is nearby. One male can pollinate up to 7 females. Holly Bushes will likely need pruned in the spring to maintain their shape. These shrubs thrive in full sun or partial sun areas. They prefer well-drained, slightly acidic soil and do not like heavy soil. Holly bushes can be used for privacy hedges or as an accent in a large garden area.
