Fire Power Nandina is a popular plant among gardeners because of its striking red-tip foliage. It’s lacy foliage is lime-green in the spring maturing to a brilliant red and burgundy in the fall. Because it is an evergreen, this red foliage is very attractive throughout the winter. In addition to its color, Fire Power is hardy and drought-resistant, tolerating extreme temperatures. It requires minimal pruning, as it is smaller and more compact than Tuscan Flame. Fire Power is a specimen in rock gardens!
Nandina (Heavenly Bamboo) are prized for their year-round foliage color! They are also known for being very adaptable to sun or shade. They feature bamboo-like stems with lacy fern-like foliage.
