Fire Light Tidbit® Hydrangea is similar to Bobo®, but with a lower, mounded habit and much more color! Its known as the tiniest, tidiest variety in its class! Fire Light Tidbit® flowers emerge a bright lime green, change to white, quickly take on shades of raspberry pink, and deepen to a rich red by fall. As it blooms on sturdy stems throughout the summer, you’ll see these colors mix to create a truly spectacular show. Fire Light Tidbit® flowers are excellent for fresh or dried flower arrangements.
Hydrangeas (paniculata) are known for blooming on new wood every year which makes them reliable bloomers. They are also extremely hardy and cold tolerant, making them an excellent choice for gardens. Hydrangeas prefer a full to part sun. Adaptable to many soils, moderate moisture is required. Hydrangeas look best planted along borders, mass plantings, or in containers. Prune the whole plant back by about one-third its total height each spring, just as the new growth begins to emerge on stems.
