Strongbox®

Strongbox® Holly has excellent disease resistance true to its name! This evergreen, native to North America, naturally grows as a rounded mound. Growing faster than Boxwood, this bush produces quicker establishment of low hedges. Strongbox® needs very little pruning to keep it looking fresh all year. It keeps its glossy, green leaves all the way to the ground providing you with that lush, dense look!  Planting Strongbox® is a sure way to keep your winter garden looking sharp!

Holly Bush

Holly (Ilex) bushes are very common, hardy and easy-to-grow. They are evergreens, which give you beauty all season! Holly bushes have glossy leaves and give berries, provided that a male pollinator is nearby. One male can pollinate up to 7 females. Holly Bushes will likely need pruned in the spring to maintain their shape. These shrubs thrive in full sun or partial sun areas. They prefer well-drained, slightly acidic soil and do not like heavy soil. Holly bushes can be used for low hedges or as an accent in a large garden area.
